Pretty Vintage

I came across this wedding, and I absolutely loved the vintage approach that the bride took.
The blue ribbon add interest to an already beautiful bouquet. Each and every detail adds interest and depth. Worn books, tea cups and vases with flowers create an eye catching centerpiece.
Lovely mismatched chairs...
I can't help but love the text around the cake; it's an English lover's dream. :)
More beautiful details...

It's a Toss Up

Many brides have a toss at their weddings, but there are so many options. Here are some of the most creative and eclectic ideas that will keep your guests excited even at the end of the day.

Streamers are absolutely perfect for an outdoor wedding. Bold or subdued colors would be equally fantastic flying in the afternoon breeze.

Feathers add a lovely, whimsical effect to those brides and grooms desiring and elegant exit.

Sparklers add a beautiful glow to the night sky. Make sure to buy the extra long ones so that they are still burning bright as the happy couple walks past. Also remember to have them ready by the exit in a stylish display.

Lavender is a wonderful option for couples who wish for a floral option with a beautiful scent. Many venues who will not allow rose pedals will allow lavender to be tossed in its place.

I LOVE this money saving idea. A paper bag can double as a program and as a bag to hold petals. I'm sure your guests will never have seen this before, and they will be thrilled with your creativity. It would not work for every occasion of course, but it would be absolutely perfect for a laid-back outdoor wedding.Rose petals are tried and true, but keep in mind that some venues will not allow them because they stain. While they are lovely in pictures, they may not be so lovely if they accidentally get smashed into carpet.

Pom Poms are another unique idea. Any color can be found on a budget at local craft stores, and they make clean-up a breeze.
